So we pulled the trigger on a 2021 Grand Cherokee. My wife loves it. Had to order it to get what we wanted but it was worth the wait. The color is Sangria (my wife picked it out).

Looks exactly like the Laredo X we bought new back in September. The ole lady loves it and so do I. It’s 10X the ride than the Explorer that it replaced and miles better than the new Explorer that came out last year. Did you disable the start/stop yet? That was the first upgrade I did!

Love that color!

In bright light, the purple shows more. In darker light, it looks more black but you can tell that something is different from a regular black.

Not since we have to do that every time we start the vehicle. Also my wife wants to get more accustomed to everything before she makes a decision about the start/stop feature. For regular driving in our area (small town and rural), I don't think I will mind it. But in city driving, I would probably turn it off; even though it's supposed to help save gas when doing lots stop-&-go driving.

We did our first and last two mods; added Jeep splash guards and Weathertech liners. Wife really likes this vehicle. But she keeps forgetting in the colder weather that it has remote start.

We loved our 2004 grand Cherokee limited, owned since new. drove it 230000 miles With 4 repairs, power steering unit, alternator, transmission needed valleys in the trans, and sensor pack and rear axle seal. Not bad over 12 years and the mileage we put on it. Had the 4.7 engine btw. Congrats and enjoy.
