2021 Laramie with 12" display, outdated map database

I bought a 2021 Laramie with the 12" display in Oct 2021. The mapping database was already outdated, missing road updates that happened as far back as 2018. Every time I take my truck in for service I ask the dealer to update the map database and the answer always comes back that I have the latest. Really??? Very annoying when using guidance as the s/w is always lost and trying to make me make turns, etc.
Has anyone been able to get an update to their outdated map database?

From what I can tell, at least for the UConnect 5 system with TomTomGo mapping, map updates are compiled in June and released a couple of months later. My 2022 Laramie (12" display) had maps I updated in 2023 until I updated for the 2024 data yesterday (11/4/23). I could have done it a couple of months earlier, but was busy and forgot about it. Thank you for the link! My 2023 Ram came with maps dated 2022. On road trips it directed me to places that no longer existed. Every time I had the truck in for service at the dealership, I was told I had the latest map version.
