Hello All, Im new to the site. I just purchased a 2021 Power Wagon with 7500 miles on it, and I noticed it was leaking oil. It looks like it coming from the oil filter housing. Can anybody shed some light on that problem.

If they changed the oil right before you got it it's probably oil splash from the change.
It's quite messy and if they don't clean it up right away it drips for a while.
I'd check to make sure the oil filter is seated properly and just keep an eye on it.

I agree with the above but i would go a step further and go straight back to the dealer. If not keep an eye on the level.

I have also seen the double gasket problem in the past.

Congrats on the new PW!
It could be an oil change tech just didn't tighten it down enough. The 2500 is easy to crawl under and see if it's dripping from components or directly from the oil filter. Check to make sure the filter is snug by hand; if it is, I'd bring it right back and have them check it. If it was loose, just tighten it and check the oil level. On my 1500 the dealer was notorious for not tightening the filer enough and causing oil leaks from the filter. On my 2500 I have no issues because I do the oil changes myself since the truck is high enough to wheel myself under it.

why not take a photo of where it is leaking and post it? might be something so simple not worth taking to the dealer.

Good call.
If I just bought a truck and noticed oil leaking a trip back to dealer would probably be a safe bet.
