I am guessing you are referring to the Class V hitch underneath the rear bumper? Or are you talking about the under bed puck system for a 5th wheel hitch, the puck system is OEM, and the actual 5th wheel hitch is made by Curt.. The Class V is OEM (bumper pull). Your post isn't really very descriptive.

You said you ordered it with the 5th wheel hitch for the 2500, so it should be similar to the Q20 Curt.

I ordered my 2022 2500 back in July 2021 and it took 142 days from my order date. I ordered the factory 5th wheel hitch. I only ordered it with the hitch as that hitch was needed for my other vehicle. If you ordered you vehicle with the factory 5th wheel hitch and have the 6'4" you are going to have PROBLEMS!
You will end up putting the nose of your 5th wheel thru the back window of your new vehicle. If you get into a tight spot, backing into a camp site, or have to make a hard sharp turn you wouldn't be able to do it without damaging your truck an or your 5th wheel trailer.
I have installed the B and W slider hitch, this allows your hitch to slide rearward a full 12" moving the nose of the trailer rearward giving you the clearance between your cab and trailer into a tight turn.

i purchaser a B&W fifth wheel that fits perfectly.

The C0mpanion is what I have. It worked well during a trip to Tulsa and back. I have a 42' Keystone toy hauler that weighs in about 16000 without tanks being loaded.

BE VERY AWARE OF YOUR 5TH WHEEL PIN BOX WITH the M20 HITCH, new 5th wheel RV pin boxes have come a long way with some major changes, one of the changes being IF your 5th wheel needs
“WEDGE’ Or NOT?. If it does this Ram M20 is not designed to use a wedge.
I received my 2022 Longhorn 2500 Mega Cab short bed with the puck system and bought the M20 hitch for my 5th wheel, salesman at the dealer said “been selling these for years with no problem”. Went to pick up my new 5th wheel to have them connect it to my truck. Some of the new 5th wheels have an option to “LOCK’ the pin box so the rotation point of your 5th wheel is now a few feet back, this allowes me to have a short bed and the ability to make a sharp turun and NOt damage my truck.
I went back to the Ram dealer to ask about their M20 hitch and suggested he look into the fact that I was told by Curt (they designed the M20 hitch for Dodge) this hitch will NOT support a Wedge and suggested they take back their hitch. The salesman did try to find out the details about the hitch and said he had problems from Corp. about this “wedge/no wedge” option but they did take it back.
Final note: I DO NOT LIKE this option on my 5th wheel to use a wedge, every time I did install it it moved no matter how tight I locked down the bolts it would slightly move and the 5th wheel would start to fish tale just a little. So I am got the Curt A25 hitch and I don’t use the wedge anymore I’m just carefull when I make turns.
