@wader Sounds like you're having very similar issues as mine. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the e-torque.
Someone who works in my building parked next to me in the exact truck I have (even has the Night Edition!), but without the E-torque and it sparked conversation. He let me drive his and he drove mine.. let me tell you, it's a NIGHT AND DAY difference. You couldn't feel his transmission shifting and he had zero vibration, he made comment how if his drove like mine did he would be livid. If Ram decides to make this right I will not agree to another truck with the E-Torque. Unfortunately, I don't think they plan on helping me and I will have to move on from Mopar products.
I did finally receive an email from Mopar (although, in his email body he said he works for Jeep) Still no phone call to discuss next steps, but per his email they want another diagnostic at the dealership before "moving forward" - What moving forward is he didn't elaborate to. Will keep you updated on what, if anything, Ram decides to do about this.
