I bought a 2025 1500 Ram Bighorn in September with the new SST. We have put 1500 miles on it and it has been broken for 31 Days now. The low temp cooling system won't hold coolant it has a bad water pump and needs a cooling hose. Also all the driver assist features were disabled and need serviced. They reprogrammed the computer and now ABS is disabled and the brakes failed. They ordered the wrong water pump so we're still waiting on parts and fixes.

Anyone else have these types of issues? My last truck was a 2023 Nissan Frontier that they forgot to weld the frame together on and we lemon lawed it. We have started the lemon law process on the Ram now. If the computer system is anything like the Mopar systems in the past
If 1 needed component fails.
all of the driver assist features will shut down

At least the Bumper to Bumper factory warranty repairs do not cost you anything but loss of the vehicle, during the Shop Time, which is not reimbursed

Sounds like you have had bad luck with new vehicles. Am sorry to hear about your troubles. Maybe the dealer can provide you with another new one, switch them out? We had a couple of hiccups with false codes but new runs of the system and all has been right as rain. We like our truck and it does what it is suppose to.
Wish you the best of luck what ever direction you go! :)

UPDATE: We finally got out truck back February 3rd 2025. 46 Days after the initial breakdown.

Our Arbitration date is in 8 days. The documents Ram submitted February 7th were fraudulent and fake. I emailed Tim Kuniskis Saturday voicing my displeasure that they had to fake documents to try and decive the arbitrators to try and win my case. I got a phone call and an Email apology today. They are also giving me some reimbursement for the poor experience. Hopefully my frustration and experience makes the process better for others. 1000001651.png

Sounds like you have reached an agreement that is beneficial to both. Sorry you received a bad truck.

I hope they make it right. Quality is down everywhere in the post-COVID world. Even Toyota is having major engine issues now. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence in any of the new designs.

I have not agreed to anything. Arbitration with their fraudulent documents is in 7 days.
Ok,,,well,,,, I hope everything turns out the best it can :)
And then with your troubles on new vehicles you might want to look at used vehicles. :)

My last truck was certified pre-owned including the frame... That wasn't welded together at the factory. When I buy used I just don't get lemon law protection

2025 Ram 1500 4x4 one electrical problem after another, first the stop /start .
Truck turns off but no restart, goes into park by itself, second issue doors won't unlock . I had to use the key in the fob all doors won't open with key fob or button on the door. I had to remove battery cable to get it back to normal, garage just gave me a ride didn't offer a vehicle to me .

You are 100% Correct

I purchased a new 2025 Tundra and returned it the next day.

Toyota Tundra went from Reliable to CRAPPOLA in 0-60 in .003 seconds

I want to by a New 2025 SST 1500 but do not trust any new make/model right now.

A used CPO vehicle and no lemon law?

If it was CPO you should have a case.

Sometime after I bought my 2016 2500 while looking for an open fuse location to power an accessory I discovered that none of the fuses in the TIPM were fully seated, they were all seated to the same depth but not fully seated. I pushed them all down to seat them and never had an electrical problem with that truck.
Subsequently I bought a 2017 Wrangler, 2020 Gladiator, 2021 2500, 2023 Wagoneer and a 2024 2500 and in each case none of the fuses/breakers were seated. I've made it standard procedure to seat the fuses in the dealers parking lot and I have had no electrical anomalies with any of them.

I assume these TIPM are populated by robot as they are all seated to the same depth, put if you push on one *click*. I think the unseated fuses are creating an open electrical bridge at the base of the fuse that allows corrosion across that bridge creating intermittent shorts. If you live in a salty environment or in a state that uses lots of de-icer on the road I could see that aggravating the problem.
