Starter turns but no crank
Had it towed to dealer, had it 3 days, cleared any codes and ran an update.
I picked it up drove it home then out to dinner, after dinner no start.
Had it towed back to dealer. That was Friday night on July 4th weekend no news yet.
Anyone had this issue, if so what was the remedy?

We will need more information to make an educated guess.
I have a few generalized comments about the '25+ years that may apply.

Let's start with clarifications to your original post and subject line.
While attempting a virtual diagnosis, exact wording is crucial for an accurate understanding.

2025 RAM 1500 Hurricane SST- No start, starter turns but no crank

When I read that the starter turns but no crank, that suggests the starter motor is spinning, but the bendex has not engaged the crank shaft and the motor itself remains idle. Is that correct?

"Starter turns but no crank"

Again, no crank to me suggests the same as I noted above. The engine remains idle. Is that correct?

"I picked it up, drove it home, then out to dinner, after dinner no start."

Please expand on this 'no start' condition.
Do you hear the fuel pump hum, any click or engine crank action?

While many members are enjoying their '25+ Ram trucks, there appears to be a significant number who are experiencing intermittent and/or random critical failures.
I have no statistical numbers to support this as being a significant number, only casual observations.

Black screens on the radio and the EVIC, failure to start or stay running, etc are being reported here.

If you search the threads, there are many reports that range from minor and insignificant errors/failures to full-blown DEAD. Float it back to the dealership.

Stellantis changed the electrical architecture in the '25+ vehicles to a new system known as Atlantis High. While it might be difficult to fault this new electrical architecture, the failures observed seem to follow a standard pattern. Some might say it's coincidental; I don't think so.

I feel the same way about Atlantis High as I do about E-torque trucks.
I wouldn't want one even if it were free. My time is too valuable to me.

I've included a couple of links for you to read. The first is one of many reports of 2025 grief.

The second is a great article discussing the potential root problem with the Turbo Boost Hurricane engines. Namely, the deficient grounding and poor voltage regulation that is contributing to a large-scale CAN bus communication failure. This comm failure would explain the multi-system catastrophic failures that seem to follow a similar failure mode.

IIRC, the article suggests beefing up the electrical system by adding 'The Big 3' electrical mod, an H8 AGM battery, and refurbishing all the common grounds.

I see this as a band-aid stop-gap solution.
If the author is correct with his hypothesis, the 12-volt DC power plant in the truck is poorly designed to support the load created by the Turbo Boost.
The power spikes generated by the Turbo Boost are not isolated from the CAN bus system and are corrupting the Comm system. Bad news for a highly electronic-oriented vehicle.

And welcome to Ram Forum.
