Crank no start 2025 SST

I have a 2025 Ram 1500 with SST and 20K miles. today i went to start it and it just cranked over fast but did not start. After leaving vehicle for 10 minutes with keyfob, I returned and it started right up and I was driving great with no warning lights. Anyone have this issue?

I had a screen pop up the other day saying a software update was going to happen, during this time your vehicle will not be drivable. I am wondering if you caught the end of the update. Other then the I don't have a clue.

I had an update issue with the truck at 10,700 miles on Friday. Wife pulled up to the house and she said a message popped up saying that software update was imminent and to stop the truck. Wish I was driving at the time so I could see it for myself. She parked in the driveway and turned the truck off. About 10 minutes later we both got into the truck to leave on a 140 mile round trip errand and truck said to press the remote start, so I did. Truck was a brick for about 3 minutes after that... No matter what combinations of peddle and start buttons I pressed.

Was about to give up and find the 1-800- help me number when it finally started

It was a software update for sure... Truck has been running fine ever since.

my now former tungsten did this. it had to be hauled to dealer on a flatbed.
