My 2022 2500 6.4Hemi is having an issue with the AC not activating for 1hr after days of rain. While driving, I’ll hear sloshing of water in the dash & will get some water leaking onto the passenger floor. I feel like there must be a plugged drain where the fan isn’t allowed to spin until it’s been driven for about an hour. I’ve tried parking with the all corners of the vehicle on different slopes & after rains…still an issue.
My main question: Is there a way to access a plugged drain, or create a drain in the dash area under &/or in front of the dash & windshield?

If the same as my 2019 drain is horizontal coming out the firewall by where the 2 hoses go into the core. Wat I had to do is take pencil eraser end and slowly insert in till cleared obstruction. I now have a small piece of 5/8” hose over the drain and a small pvc 90 degree elbow into hose so it drains and not get clogged from stuff coming up into engine bay.

On house I used wet dry vac to pull water and clog from drain. Just a thought. Not sure if I would do on a vehicle that be extreme case do at yer own risk.

Thanks brother. I also found this utube vid so between both, I should be able to figure it out. I like your bigger drain option.

LOL, not a bigger drain option, just re-directed. The RAMS with that dang deployable front spoiler pull a lot of "air" n such under truck and the drain will get clogged. In case U not know, the system actually pushes cool air from AC out that drain hole I guess to assist with draining. (unknown if it does the same in winter, as in warm air coming out. Neva checked, no reason to, lmao).

If the fan isn't spinning, it probably an electrical issue. If the AC just feels like it isn't working, in highly humidity conditions the primary thing the AC does is remove humidity. Does the compressor run and the large AC line under the hood get cold?

Just clearing the drains was enough to have the AC & fans to start right away.
I had similar thoughts but…. working so far.
