2017 Ram 1500 Sport, 4WD. 2" BDS coilovers to level the front end. Will these tires rub with 18x9 +12 offset?

Custom offsets has a 1500 running 305/70R18s with a 2.5" level and a +1 offset, they claim to not rub. The 305/70s are over an inch taller with the same 12" width.

This seems to be a rare size so I cannot find anything about people running this on their 1500.

A little bit of experience or knowledge on this would go a long way, Thanks!

p.s. I figure at worst I can run a .25" spacer.

I’m running 18x9 -12 with 305/70 and no rub. I’m on 3” lift
Edit just realized you said a +12 offset. Given factory is a +19 id be guessing you’d rub. The +1 offset is probably 1/4 clearance from rubbing. Remember lower number means more out.

I ran 315/70/17 tires which on paper are about .5" smaller heigth wise on 17x9 -12 offset and Rancho QL struts which leveled the front 2". During the time i learned about the benefits of running more caster than stock in this particular application (courtesy of aftermarket ucas), ZERO rub while turning even offraoding with 4.5* driver 5.0* passenger, to rub while turning on the street with the factory 3.4* driver, 3.9* passenger caster, fixed simply going back to a little higher caster.

I run 37's now with an aftermaket front bumper, a little more lift (should be around 2.75") and the same caster approach. Cosmetic rubbing with 4.5*_5.0* caster even offroading, clear without that at 4.8* caster driver, 5.2* passenger.
Every little thing helps :)

Edited: never mind i saw you were asking about 305/65/18 (33.5") and i did the comparo against 305/70/18(35.1") with 315/70/17(34.6")
305/65/18 will fit stock.
