There's 5 million different options out there.

Anybody have a suggestion for a good led taillight replacement for the OEM 3157 incandescent bulbs?

Worst case I'm gonna have to trial and error it :/

Aren't yours the oem led tails?

Mine are the old school lights.

I'm not lookin to get whole new taillights. Just led bulb to replace my incandescent lights.

Yes sir. My truck came with the halogen lights. I converted the entire truck to LED's.
The Spyders don't need any adapters, plug them in and that's it, really, that's it....

Nice....link?

I'm with the rest of the guys here. Change the whole assembly, not just the bulb. Dont be "that guy" lol. No offense BlownGP.. but you know "that guy" im talking about. The one you just about rear ended in that Civic.. or Silverado, that put those led bulbs in you couldn't see because they aren't bright enough to get through the lens.. but boy does he think they look cool.. :flipthebird:

Sorry bout the minor rant.. lol

Anyway..

I too had the stock non-led tails an I paid $268 + free shipping for my Spyder's. Just went on Amazon to get you a screen shot.. they're down to $191 + free shipping. Hell of a deal. I second what the other guys said. Awesome lights, super bright an 100% pnp.

Diode Dynamics if you want LED replacement bulbs.
The HP48 are close to incandescent light out put.
The HP11 are slightly brighter.
The XP80 are super bright.

I know what you mean, but I'm not one of those guys. But these are NOT cheap LEDs from autozone. They are super bright, did you not see my video?

I planned on getting aftermarket LED tails, but honestly I don't like any of the styles.

The new ones that the guy from spyder posted look good, but there's still no
ETA on them.

I really like the OEM sport LEDs, hopefully I can find them cheap one day.

I had a set like BlownGP that were wicked bright, but one of them failed on me. Unfortunately I havent had the ability to replace it so I swapped to a pair of $20 from Autozone. they are about the same brightness as the stockers. they work OK.

if you do go that route, be sure to get the ones that offer LED's all around them and not just back facing. They can then utilize the reflectors.

Yes sir I did see your vid. That's why I made a point to say no offense towards you. Those lights seem legit.

New lights from Spyder eh? The only thing about mine that I would change.. would be that each column of lights would light up sequentially from the inside out. That would be neat.

Like the mustangs. That would be sweet.

I don't hate the tails you have, I was going to get them but somebody posted about these LED drop ins. Was going to try them out and if they sucked, sell them and get some aftermarket tails. Been happy so far but like I said I would'nt mine some OEM sport LEDs
