I have a 17 ram sport night package with 20x9 factory rims. It has a 3" front, 1.5" rear lift. Nothing crazy. I wanted to put 33x12.50's on it but just looking it looks like the upper control arm is to close to go that wide. Anyone have any info. I would like to keep stock black 5 spokes.

If you want to run 33x12.5 on the stock rims you need at least a .25” wheel spacer to clear the control arm. Some people have had luck with running 305/55/20 which is just a hair narrower (like 12.2 inches) but it depends on the specific tire.

What factory 20s are you running. I have factory big horn 20s with a 37x12.5 no rubbing on the control arm or spindle

I’m assuming you have a 2wd based on your screen name? I know the 2wd vs 4wd use some different front suspension components. I wonder if that also accounts for a difference in clearance with stock wheels?

those are a 20x9, whats offset, I know if you at least leveled, you can do a 285/65/20 on a 20x9

That's almost 34.5" tall.
Heres mine with a 20x9, 0 offset wheel, no rub, no spacers.
