4.7 fuel problems

2008, 4.7, fuse panel is the slanted 45 degree type. No fuel being pumped to the rail when turning the key to on position and cannot hear fuel pump. This truck is not mine but mother-in-law and I cannot find which fuse is associated with the pump. I found the fix for the flat laying fuse panel but not the slanted fuse panel. Any help would be great. Thanks
