I have seen versions of my problem discussed but not my exact scenario so here it is: shifts great all of the time except from 2-3 when it is cold. It shifts into overdrive perfectly after it initially shifts in third. It never has an issue shifting into od. The truck has to be warmed up and driven for about 5 miles before it will shift 2-3. The motor just revs until then and it slips if I rev it to high. Then it finally shifts(like I said about 5 miles later). After the first initial successful shift it may be a little hesitant for the nest couple of 2-3 shifts but then it shifts perfectly for as long as you want to test it. I replaced the fluid and filter already. I added some Lucas Transmission fix, didn't help. I bought it and the guy already had it warmed up so I didn't know about the issue until the next day. Needless to say I was a little disappointing. I am just looking for a fix short of an overhaul. Anybody got a light at the end of the tunnel?
