I'm considering adding 2" or 2.5" front spacers to my 2019 Big Horn 4x4.
Should I replace upper control arms also or will stock be sufficient?
Local shop says 2" will be fine w/o new arms but I see a lot of chatter online about having to replace them because of the new angle.

The proper thing to do is replace the arms to alleviate the stress on the upper ball joint by correcting the angle. However, when you level you will be altering the LCA, CV, TRE, etc. angles as well. You can probably get away with it, but you may have to replace the UBJ a little sooner than usual.

Spacer leveling kits are not recommended and the cost savings are not in line with the risk / reward aspect. There is a search function that has 1,000’s of threads explaining why on this forum. We also have preferred vendors that offer forum members discounts. So my recommendation would be to reach out to @Nick@GotExhaust and have him set you up with adjustable height struts

I did a 2.5" Motofab leveling kit, and new UCA (just in case and to be safe). I don't think i needed the UCA's after it was all said and done, but i have the peace of mind to know that i'm safe with them now. My truck is a 2019 RAM 4x4 as well. I also just fitted 35" tires on it too, on stock wheels. (i did have to add a 1/4" spacer though)IMG_5118.jpeg

I agree with this 100%. Spacers are not recommended. Do an adjustable strut. You can get away with stock UCA's up to 2", anything taller I recommend aftermarket UCA's especially if you plan to off road at all.

Message me if you would like a quote on anything. We can help you get a kit that will suit your needs and budget.
