They are power fold as long as your truck already has power fold.

They're nice and you're right, they offer powerfold option. But > $1000usd for a set is a tough to swallow. Same price as 5th gen HD led tail light swap to 4th gen.

I checked BoostAuto for the GM style mirrors with all the bells and whistles and it seems you can get all the options except power fold for a 2022 1500 Laramie. If they had the power fold option I may have purchased them...and yes mine came with the power fold option.
