My mistake, meant to say valve, not pushrod.
Looking at your pics,it could be a bent valve stem, but the rockers also do have some lateral/side to side movement, and it could just be a rocker that's a little off to the side.

They did not...in hindsight, they were very friendly but not very helpful. I don't have any oil leaks and I change oil every 5k (0W-40 Mobil1), however, I do usually have to add a quart between oil changes. My assumption is that my piston rings aren't sealing as well as they should and its burning some oil. Maybe I let it get too low last time, but that just a stab in the dark. Its also got 205k miles on an original engine, which from what I've heard is right around average or slightly above in terms of life span.
Get a second opion on the cause of the engine's issues.
They overpriced the engine replacement and 'not very helpful'.

Doing an oil change and getting an oil analysis this weekend. Will get a second opinion soon. I’m going to try to find a place that will be more open to doing non OEM work. I’ll keep you guys updated on how it goes.

Make sure you don't have metal throughout the engine 1st. If you do, you need a new or remanufactured engine.
The "metal" thing ........ I have pulled engines apart that had no cam lobe remaining and there was no trace of metal. Filter was clean, VVT solenoid screen clean, nothing. Unless someone is running oil filters until the internal bypass opens, the filter will catch any metal.

That's nice, this was an official advisory from MOPAR.

I'm just stating facts as I have personally observed. Keep in mind that MOPAR is in the business of selling parts, whether they be on 4 wheels or in bags or cardboard boxes.
If you don't like my honest observations, don't read my comments. It will save both of us time.

Fwiw, I got an engine replaced under extended warranty due to metal in it. I figured they must be pretty sure they couldn't fix/clean/rebuild it or they would have.

Most common problem with a Hemi tick when it isn't the manifold bolts is a bad lifter. If that's the case you're probably going to need a cam in addition to valve work at minimum. As someone else said you want to be sure there's no metal travelling around. The needle bearings in failed lifters are hard steel and can do a lot of damage!

I don't understand why they said you need a whole new engine because of a supposedly bent valve. Why not pull the intake, pull the head and see whats wrong before replacing the whole engine. From that picture I can't tell if the valve is bent or the rocker arm is bent due to misalignment for some reason.

what made you replace your 6.4 with the 5.7?
You pull your 6.4 L and install a 5.7 L will be a hugh mistacke ,?. You will lose power, will lose torque, wil lose haul and pulling power and if you get 100,000 miles you need to feel good. One thing RAM doesn't tell you that ther oil is not a good product, I was told that they want you to use their products and then they will fix. Personally I use Amzoil with wix filters, I compair to all other brands by an independent group that said Amzoil is the best synthetic oil on the market.

See post #15. No one wanted to replace a 6.4 with a 5.7.

Those valves don't seem like anything is wrong to me on the pics.need better pics..how would the top end of the valve bend?..I would think if it did somehow it's breaking or cracking a valve guide.anything is possible I guess.
I took apart a stock 502 yesterday,6 push rods actually punched through the rockers..never seen that before,3 push rods shaped like an "s"...water injested...this is a boat engine.
