I have an 11 1500 crew that had the 430rbz radio and I upgraded to the 730n model. I have the additional gps antenna mounted against some plastic ductwork behind the radio. I have been having a bunch of issues with it lately being off by miles. I have checked the connection to be sure that it is secure. Any suggestions on the trouble shooting?

Try moving it temporarily out into the open like on top of the dash and see if that solves your issue. If so find another location that has a clear view of the sky.

Did you use a factory Nav antenna ? If you did there is a spot right above the radio that the antenna snaps into to mount it in the factory position
