8.4 Radio swap

I swapped a 2018 8.4 UAQ Radio into my 2017 Laramie and its working perfectly. However I took my 8.4 radio out of my 2017 and put in the 2018 and everything is working besides the climate temperature. Temperature can be adjusted with the soft keys. But when trying to use the hard keys it goes straight to "HI". Both trucks are Laramie's with dual zone auto climate. Any one have any ideas on getting this 2017 radio to configure in a 2018? I have tried sleep cycles and battery disconnects. Radio resets with a scan tool and nothing is working. I have access to add sales codes and alfa OBD if needed.

Not sure that this reverse swap will work. The 2017 radio is a different manufacturer and functions differently than a 2018 up. You could reach out to @Mpgrimm2 for a more informed answer than I can give.
