8.4 uconnect mind of its own

Hello everyone I have a 14 ram with the 8.4 uconnect. My problem is when listening through Bluetooth it’s randomly switching back and forth through songs. I haven’t tried plugging it in through usb yet but I have restarted my phone and also “forgot the device” and reconnected with no change. Anyone else have this issue tied looking through other posts and google and can’t find anything.

I think in the 2018 UAQ thread a member has issues with "phantom touches" that made the radio take actions without him pressing the display. It was resolved with a new screen.
