8.4a to 8.4 with navigation not working

I upgraded my 8.4A to a 8.4A with navigation now uconnect and a few other things are not working it's a 2016 RAM 2500 power wagon. XM radio running really slow and my phone does not want to stay paired and the phone screen is grayed out

With the sum of your issues I'd say it may be a bad or failing radio. Is I the back of the radio very hot to the touch when its running slow?

I'll second a radio issue. It really doesn't have a lot of influence from outside that unit other then antenna input so it's most likely internal to the radio.
