8.4a update failed

Tried installing the 14.25.05 update in my 2013 today and it keeps failing when it gets to the APP module.

I've tried downloading the software 3 times to 2 different USB drives.

Anyone else ever run into this issue?

When you say App module, do you mean on your PC or on the radio?

Other than a dealer visit, the only thing I could recommend is if there was an update prior to this that you did not do, try that first then this one.
