95 5.9 360 build questions

I have a 95 2500 4x4 with a 5.9 360. I got a another 360 from a 96 2500 from a friend. I'm wantin to beef up the motor and put it in my 95. The truck is used for pullin a car trailer and daily drivin. What's the best way to build up this motor. I'm wantin a bigger cam but can't find one.
