How she sits now. Scored a deal on Craig's list for some used 325/65/18 nittos on XD series for 450$ plus my old crappy rims. No lift yet

It's just like the 1500 just more badass! Lol. I'm going swap a Cummins in it one day, I know a guy who can do it for a around 5500$. Also I'm going to start working on long arms and coilovers rockin on 37s... shoot maybe even 40s. I don't know because it's going to be my daily driver for a long time and I travel for work so I'm not sure what direction I'm going yet.

Sounds like you need to save up for a DD before you make this a long armed monster

Ok I will make it official!! You can fit 325/65/r18 (35")with a 10" wide wheel on a 2500 with no lift and minor fender trimming. Got a few more up dates coming up in a few weeks. Going to make a level kit and wire in my 10" kickers.
