A/C compressor fit?

I have a 2007 Ram 1500 ST V-6 with a dead A/C compressor. I've heard of parts from other Chrysler vehicles bolting on directly to rams before. Might be a dumb question but Will a jeep A/C compressor be a direct fit for my truck?

It's a good possibility with something like the AC compressor but you would have to check the part number.

Problem with mixing and matching like that without verification is you might find one that fits and discover the pulley is different, etc and won't line up with your accessory drive.
