One day after letting my truck sit for a few days i went to start it and the abs, break and traction lights were on. So I had my buddy connect to it and I got the c2200 issue that seems to be common. I took it to the dealer and they said they could send it in to get it fixed or I'd have to wait til a new one comes in which could be forever. Then he said they can't fix it because the company doesn't have the parts to fix it now. So I figured I'd go ahead and drive around with it. I have no issues with braking or anything, don't really need the cruise control. Then I decided to mess around with it I noticed that if I turn the ignition on slowly, like stop at the on position before turning the engine on, the lights no longer come on and everything works like it should. So I was wondering if this could be an ignition problem as opposed to an abs module problem. I don't want to spend ridiculous amount of money on a new module if I don't need it. Any ideas?
