Hey guys. Ive been searching around the webs for some answeres but can't seem to find anything specific. I was driving and made a right turn, not to hard I feel, and then all of a sudden my Traction Control, ABS, and service 4 wheel drive lights come on and stay on. I've taken to the dealer and since it no longer has the 36k warranty I would have to pay them to clear the codes. They mentioned to just disconnect the battery and it should clear the codes, however after leaving it disconnected COMPLETELY for about 18 hours still has the same things.
I've heard that it could be the wheel speed sensors. I just put a lift and tires on it and have baby'd it ever since. No fast take offs, etc. It's been on for about 1500 miles now and then it throws this so I don't want to believe it is but if there is any way to test it, what the resisttance should be etc. I would love to hear it.
Some more information, there are a few stored codes, which I'm asssuming means that they were active and are no longer active anymore and not an issue (please correct me if Im wrong) but there are three active codes. 1) U0415 - Implausible data recieved from ABS 2) B2100D - Battary voltage low and 3) B210A - system voltage low. I checked the battery and the voltage is normal but im not sure how to check system voltage.
the dealer said that it was my electronic ABS module but with all this talk of its just a ABS sensor or wheel speed sensor I'd want start cheap and then work up the cost, because the module, I was quoted was 290$.
Any help, threads, resistance values, or tips would be greatly appreciated.
