AC blowing weak

Fan sounds like it’s blowing hard. Feels weak. Probably half of what it should be blowing. Do we have a cabin air filter?

How do i get to it? Anything else it could be? It’s a work truck so it’s always full of dust.

Don't confuse volume with velocity, Ram has lowered the velocity to keep the noise in the cab down.
