Adding microphone mirror

Hi all,
Some time ago I've changed out the stock Uconnect 3 with the Uconnect 5 on my 14 Express. Was pretty a straight swap and everything including the bluetooth is working fine. Expect of course I have no ability to talk since there's no mic.
So've now purchased the new mirror with the mic (just like this), so the question I have is there a writeup on how to connect it to the Uconnect, harness, parts, etc?

AB, AC, AD, doesn't matter all the same.

It will work to add any upgraded mirror to your 14 ram 1500 Express.

That’s a sensor so the mirror dims when a car is behind you. Dunno if it’ll work or not

No I don’t think that’s it man. The autodim sensor is that white square window to the right.
I’m talking about the big round thing with the window. It has two leds.

Thank you fellas. Yes nice surprise indeed. I got this mirror off eBay for $50 about a year ago. Wasn’t even sure if it was right for my ram, but took a chance. Been sitting in the box in the garage as we’ve moved and the garage was a huge mess. Finally got around to it as driving with half functioning Bluetooth was a pita. Don’t really drive the ram much, but still...

The alfaOBD, is it the software I can dl for free and can use a generic OBDII dongle (I have several), or does it require a proprietary dongle?

Software is $50 and OBDLlink MX BT adapter is $80 on Amazon. Worth every penny. Don't get a cheap elm327 adapter they are hit or miss and not worth the headache.
