Adding microphones

Hello guys. I change my poor radio for another one less poor with bluetooth, so, my ram dont come with microphones so I bought a bypass harness to make my connections, I start adding the mic for calls and when I call other peoples heard me very low, I add second mic and it is the same. Anyone do something like that before? Thanks
