Adding OEM Fog lights wiring question

I'm adding OEM Fog lights to my truck that did NOT have any... I've ordered the bumper, fog lights, brackets, headlight switch w/fog. Now I need wiring and want to make sure if this is all I need:

Seems kinda short. I see where it plugs into each fog light, but where does that other end go. Doesn't look like it can go very far. Is there supposed to be an existing plug up there? Honestly, I have not looked.... But is it likely that I need another wiring harnesses than the one in that eBay link? If so, where does it plug in?
