2008 5.7 Hemi won't start after hose failure and lose of all coolant.
Truck has 12v at battery and fuel is getting to Schroeder valve but vehicle does not start when cranking.
20A Battery ignition fuse was blown and replaced.
Sprayed starting fluid in throttle body and nothing happened.

Check for spark.
As easy as pulling a plug wire and putting a spark plug on the end, have some one crank the engine and see if you have spark.

Hopefully it didn’t overheat and drop a valve seat!

Antifreeze likely blew into a connection.....same thing happened to me going through deep water.
Clean soaked connections and little dab of dielectric grease.

UNLESS you overheated the engine to the point of failure.

If he has fuel pressure the ASD relay is working. Injectors , coils and pump run off the ASD relay with injectors and coils sharing the same 12v supply wire.

You might try holding the throttle pedal to the floor while cranking the motor.
