I have a 2015 Ram Crew Cab Sport with Air suspension. On Saturday I was driving down the road when suddenly my EVIC said service air suspension system, max payload exceeded. I have nothing in the bed of my truck nor have I had anything recently in the bed of the truck. The driver side front and rear is sitting on the bump stops, but the passenger side is at normal ride height. How do I get the driver side to raise back up??? I can't do anything with the suspension.

I have tried disconnecting the battery for more than 24 hours to reset the system and it doesn't change anything.

Check the fuse first.

Checked all the fuses and they are all good.

So the big green 40amp fuse for the compressor is good?

If all the fuses are good the next step is you’re going to have to get the codes retrieved.

Yes they are good. My OBD connector or AlfaOBD will be here tomorrow so I will be able to pull the codes.

Turns out I have a leaking Air Bag. There's hardly any air left in the system. Time to swap suspension.
