Good evening I have a few questions I’m hoping I can get cleared up, I recently redid my bed on my welding rig and have led lights in it now I saw something about alfa and wanted to use it to get rid of the errors that pop up on start I emailed weeknd garage and asked if it was possible to use it on a corded scanner particularly the icon T7 I was told if I could install and run the .apk they sent it should work the truck being a 2015 I was told I wouldn’t need the bypass. I was able to install and run the app on the T7 but I’m just looking for some reinsurance before I plug it into the OBD port… the truck is a 2015 Laramie 3500 thanks I appreciate the input

Seriously though, plug it in and see if it works, it's either gonna connect or not. If you're worried about it causing some sort of issue, I can't see any way for that to happen.
