AlfaObd with Android 11

I looked for a post regarding Alfaobd not loading onto Android 11 but my search didn't come up with any results.
Am I the only one who can't get Alfaobd to load onto a Samsung phone with Android 11 and UI version 3.0?
It says that it's installing but the app is nowhere to be found and I've attempted the download several times.

Thanks in advance for any insight into this mystery.

Samsung S20Ultra, Android 11, AlphOBD 2.1.9.6, UI 3.0 works fine here
