Alignment after Bilstein 5100s

Just bought 5100s for all 4 corners and supreme suspension 1.5" spacers for a little poke. Never leveled a truck before or used spacers, actually never had to do an alignment on any of my cars/suvs. Should i install the Bils and spacers and have it aligned after? Or just after the Bils are installed. I have no idea what an alignment rack looks like, i guess what im asking is do spacers affect the way a normal alignment is done?

No brainer ... Install all suspension modifications, and then have it aligned

Wheel spacers have no affect whatsoever on alignment.

Id actually install them afterwards incase the alignment shop is incompetent and says they cant do an alignment if it was wheel spacers.....
