Basically,
They did a toe&go.. after I looked at the number I asked them if a basic alignment covered caster/camber adjustments. They said yes. They put truck back on rack, waited for a few minutes without touching the truck, then told me me outer tie rod end was bad.. and since they already charged me, after I replace it/both outer tie rod ends, they would aligned for free.. now I am about to go buy the tie rod end now, install and go back up there.. will they just run me in circles and then tell me to replace my UCAs??

I would definitely look for another shop, maybe visit a few mechanics and see who they recommend if you have time.

I don't see anything wrong with it. I prefer zero toe, but insurance and liability steer them towards toe in. Camber is fine within a tenth degree side to side. Caster is almost always too much for my taste but no real issues with what you have.

If that link truly is bad and was causing issues and they didn't care to say anything or just didn't notice until after you said something, they either suck at their job or just don't care. I would look for a different shop but I think good shops are the minority anymore so good luck.

If you think they are just yanking your chain about the link it's not that hard to check it yourself. If the link is fine then you know they were just making something up to get you to leave and you really shouldn't go back.
