Did they reset the steering angle sensor with a scan tool? If not, that could be your pull also.
Hook up tool, go to program module, turn wheel lock to lock each way, then back to the exact place the wheel is at when the truck is going straight down the road, then reset the module.
You can set the module with the steering wheel centered, but if the wheel is normally off center when going down the road, the wheel alignment will need to be centered up, or the module programmed at the direction the steering wheel is pointing when going straight ahead.
The steering module is supposed to be reprogrammed at every wheel alignment.
