Is the top link for the tray? What's in the pic is exactly what I'm looking for. The link says mat and that's making me think that I'd just receive the rubber mat that goes on top of it.

My apologies no, It was the insert that sits in there. That piece appears to be part of the entire radio/hvac bezel. Can you send me your VIN and I will research this further

From what I see the roof antenna is for sat radio only, The Nav antenna is on the inside of the truck.
