Benny I need every part numer for a 2014 Ram 1500 Bighorn EcoDiesel 7" Cluster individual parts. going to swap from a KPA gauges to MPH and need the piece that has the physical speedo writing on it and such. Think its sold as 1 piece with all of them already mounted on a white plastic insert.

Something is very strange with zip code 27597 NC. We ship from NY and to go to AZ is less 12.43. Are you located in a remote area of some sort?

I even checked my standalone fedex software and get a high rate for that zip.
The product attributes are correct at 1x1x1 .1 lb

Haha, sure - I guess FedEx consider Raleigh, the state capital as remote - that attracts a $12 delivery cost!

I added a hood (68160234AD) to the order, just for giggles - and that only bumps the shipping to $20 - so I think it's safe to say that either FedEx has some issues with its shipping rate calculator, or perhaps you guys need to find another shipper for small parts?

I am going to have the development team take a look at this but we do not offer any 5$ postal type rates. We ship exclusively with FedEx in which rates typically start at 10$

We had our developers check this even though the Fedex software showed the same results and the calculator is accurate so it must have to do with a Fedex surcharge for that area.

Zip 27597 Zebulon yields 15.05
Zip 27601 Raleigh yields 11.54
Just for kicks 90210 yields 12.43

It is strange for sure especially that we are shipping from NY!
