I have ohm tested rear speed sensors, I have replaced the front sensors and I still can not get my traction control and ABS light to go off. I have ohm tested all sensors against the new ones and all are very close in resistance. What else could be causing my issues any help is appreciated

I believe after replacement an ABS initialization must be run.

How can I pull negative cable to do so or would I need a programmer?
I believe you need a programmer. I recommend AlfaOBD, especially if you DIY your repairs. It can do that and a whole lot more.

What were the codes? (need ABS enabled reader) I have had an "unplausible" reading, 3 wheels reading and 1 not. Had one sensor that was intermittent, semi busted wire(wire broke, not insulation). It would trip then after about 4 trips it would reset.

As asked above, what code was set? If it was a wheel speed sensor the code tells you what specific one is causing the issues. Not sure why you would randomly ohm wheel speed sensors if they are not throwing a code?
Just because a code mentions a wheel speed sensor, it does not mean that the only possible issue is the sensor is bad. Quite common to have wiring issues, loose connectors, loose wheel bearings, etc... Wheel speed sensors are also not the only thing that cause the ABS/brake warning light to come on.
