Another Grill Question

Hey guys i need your wisdom. I've been looking for a PXR cross-hair grill and I think I may have just found exactly what I'm looking for on Ebay. Its used so the price is pretty good and in the pictures it looks great other than a small scratch on the side. So 2 questions:

1. The seller posted a picture of the OEM sticker and it says "Brilliant Black" clearly, I tried to get the seller to confirm that it is paint code PXR but they have been unresponsive. If it says brilliant black is it definitely the right color?

2. I included a picture of the damage to the grill. Its not major but if I can touch it up myself I would like to. Has anyone had experience good/bad with the little Mopar touch up paint bottles? I wouldn't want to make a small blemish stand out more with the touch up paint.

I believe the PXR is the same as brilliant black. You could try using some compound to buff out the blemish.
