I wish it was closer to 15-20%. Did they mention any reason why it was gonna be 10-15%?

If you can get it 20%, I'm in for sure. If only 15%, I need to think about it but I'll probably do it anyhow. Let me know as soon as you find out. Thank you. In the past I've always had custom pulleys made in the 40-50% underdrive range but they really do compromise things in a daily driver at that percentage underdrive. 20-25% is just about perfect for a daily driver with no compromises execet for the AC not being quite as cold at idle. I can't afford to have somone do a custom pulley for the Ram as it's going to require having a dampened pulley and not just a bolt on one.

Is it possible for them to make one in the 20-25% and just the first batch will be 14-15% or is 14-15% the only one they will be able to do ever? If 14-15% is the most underdrive % they will ever be able to do, I'm in on this. Thank you.

Here is the email and the PDF. I'm pretty sure the damper can't be moved back:

Looks like we can get to 14-15% max. However if there is room to move the Damper itself back, closer to the engine, and then bolt on a pulley to the front, we can then go to 15-20% very easily. I do not like to be more than a 15% UD for street cars though. You can get into charging issues, and cooling issues at low speed. We reserve 20-25% UD for racecar's only. See the attached PDF for what our damper looks like now. Picture the Ribs staying in the same place, and then the damper insides moving back. I have no clue if there is room. This is one of the longest dampers we build!

What was the answer for different belt size? Not worried about cooling, I have v6 FAN swap, and mechanical FAN delete, so wondering what the increase in power would be for this setup?

Aight

Not sure what the question was but it will require a shorter belt if that's what you are asking. As Matt said, it should be about 8-12 RWHP.

Two more to go guys. Should have the last 2 shortly
