The stock washer fits just fine, I was worried as well and it was the first thing I checked once I had the bolt in hand.

I'd potentially be interested in placing an order for one if a 2nd batch order gets going, and I'm also going to a dynojet in about 8 weeks from now.. I could possibly provide before/gains if anyone can advise how to go about placing another special order.

What length of smaller replacement belts are required for this ATI UD pulley, and what is the stock sized belt?

Good luck. I'll be installing mine soon finally since I have another daily driver. If you couldn't tell, that was a do not want to sell price since I have waited sibce getting the truck for a U/D to ckme available.

I installed an electric water pump at the same time so my belt wouldn't work for your application

I don't think 10 are going to be needed this time around but let me clarify with ATI

OK finally got around to installing mine. For anyone waiting for a belt size and/or a part number... I used a 78" length, 6-rib Dayco belt from Advanced Auto part #5060780. Goodyear also has a Gatorback belt with same specs, part#4060780.

In hindsight, I probably could of used a 77-1/2" belt, but it would been a little tougher to get on. As it is now, this has the tensioner sitting at the halfway point.
