Hello, I am new here and looking for help, I have a 2018 Ram 1500 Classic sport, I have already wired up my own subwoofer and am beyond happy with the outcome, but I was wondering if anybody is aware of any plug and play speaker upgrades available for all of the speakers in the vehicle, the factory ones are good in my opinion, but I’m looking for just a little better quality with more output, thank you!

I did these in the dash

Infinity Reference REF-3032cfx

These in the front doors

TS-G690
Pioneer TS-G690

And These in the rear.

6"x9" speakers MTX Terminator69

It sounds better and has more depth. Great bass.

If I had to do it again, I'd probably buy the TS-G690 for the rear vs the MTX

Black Friday sale at Crutchfield so I got off really cheap

Kicker makes a set of Ram upgrade speakers sold in two parts fronts w/dash speakers and rears. I've had them installed since 2015. Great improvement over stock and not expensive. Literally plug and play.

+1 on the Kicker “kit”. The sound quality improvement is night and day. You can also get the connectors from Crutchfield to make a clean install. Just be forewarned, I had to space the Kickers in the door in order for the magnets to clear the window glass/regulator. Test before you fully button it up. You will also need resistors installed in the dash speakers. Theres a number of threads here on it you can search. I bought the 6-speaker set off Amazon, but its been 4 years or so. I also added a 10” powered sub behind the rear seat that was way cheaper than doing a Fox box under the seat.

To be clear. The kit I'm referring to has factory connectors for a truly plug and play install although many other kickers fit. Here's the plug and play version...

Good point. Yeah, mine came off Amazon several years ago and I had to source the connectors from the factory wiring harness.

I didn’t like the kicker replacements but that’s just my ear. I went with focal components up front and threw the kicker 6x9s in the back doors for filler

Hello.
I came across your post while looking for speaker info. I'm considering buying the Pioneer TS-g690's for my front and rear doors, but had a couple questions...
Now that you've had some run-time with them, how do you like them?
And, did you need to buy any adapters for the wiring, or were the Pioneers a direct connection with the factory wiring?

Thanks in advance.
