So I decided I wanted to add some bed lighting under the bed rails on the truck. As an electronics guy i enjoy little projects like this. Its a simple circuit and a straight forward install. BUT I am conflicted on how I want them to operate. I could install a pin switch that will activate the lights when I drop the tailgate. But I'll have to drill a hole in the truck which is something I generally try to stay away from.

I could install a switch on the dash and control them from there. I like to keep things clean and stock looking so no ordinary switch will do and this is where I seek some insight from y'all.
Below is a picture of my buttons that control various features. As you can see I have circled a couple dummy covers. Im wondering if there are seperate buttons one could buy that say something like AUX on them?
I really wish we had a set of auxillary switches factory installed like Ford does.
