Back seat mod doesn't work for my truck?

I did the mod by cutting the hooks. There’s not a lot of extra storage gained by doing this mod but every little bit helps. I did it to install my seat covers easier and mount an amp. Also, like PoMansRam said, it’s easier to check for leaks

Sorry if it's been mentioned, but this mod makes it so much easier to clean the inside of the rear window as well.
