You have a ton of choices for backup cameras. Even a lot of auto parts stores have them now. They all do the same thing.
Now for the requirements that you need to look for:
1 The camera should be waterproof (most are).
2 Ease of installation. How much frustration will you be willing to put up with when installing the camera.
3 Color or Black and White. I personally would go color, just looks better.
4 Nighttime capabilities. Be sure the camera can see in the dark.
5 Monitor: color camera should have a color monitor, and black and white monitor should have a black and white monitor.
5 Monitor size. Sometimes bigger is not better. Just choose one that you can see well.
6 Monitor type: Some offerings have separate monitors that come with the camera. Some have a new rearview mirror, and some can interface with a navigation radio. The easiest to install are always the ones with their own small monitor.
7 Your level of electrical wiring experience. That will be a limiting factor that you should look at to determine just what kind of system you get.
Here is one that I have on my truck:
Yada Digital Wireless Backup Camera with 4.3" Monitor | Product Details | Pep Boys
Works real well except when it is raining extremely hard. Easy to hook up and it has a decent picture.
