backup gridlines there previously, now missing

New member and I can't find any solid information on this. I have a used 2018 bighorn and have been using the gridlines on my backup camera for years now. I recently had it in for new brake pads, new tire installation and alignment and they found a leaking axle collar (covered by warranty). All new parts installed and upon return I no longer have gridlines. Assumed they turned the setting off, but when going to that screen with the option for backup camera delay and gridlines, the option is selected. I click it off, I get a low beep and the checkmark is selected again automatically. I called the dealership and they will look at it, but are assuring me it can't be due to anything they did. I also can't seem to perform a soft reset of the computer. I've put it in ACC and RUN, held the volume and browse buttons for up to a minute and nothing happens. Anyone experience anything like this before...and any advice on a soft reset? WTF is going on here, sad to say I really like the backup gridlines for tight spots and when trailering.
