Took my truck to a shop and had them replace the o2 wiring harness and the o2 sensors on the passenger side of the truck.
Got it back and the trucks misfiring, checked my codes and it's saying b1s1 is Rich and the b1s2 is running lean. Got almost no power when accelerating and then suddenly jolts to life and goes with multiple misfires.
Is my catalytic converter clogged? The passenger one seems to be working fine.

Random Misfires and lack of power could Definately be clogged cat. Unbolt the y pipe from the headers and take it for a rip. Yes it will be loud but it will 100% confirm weather it's cats causing too much backpressure or some other issue. It will set an engine light tho.

Could just cut them out and use the spacers on the rear 02 sensors if you don't need to pass emissions. I just ordered catless afe headers and y pipe, it was 1700 for the whole system basically muffler foreward. Stock y pipe is likely $5-800 plus install.

I live in Texas, I just wanna be able to pass inspection, not throw codes, and not have misfiring right now honestly. Cheapest or safest route.

Honestly cheapest route is gut em. That's free, and it looks stock no cutting or welding needed. Then go on Amazon or eBay and get the O2 sensor spacers I'll attach a pic of them, and then thread your downstream sensors into those and done. Probly do it for $20 if you're mechanically inclined. If Ur paying a shop it'll be more.

The Spacer pulls the sensor out of the exhaust stream allowing the truck to think the lack of flow is still a functioning cat and that prevents the check engine light from coming on. 282a79989683b0659162be6025e8a1e7.jpgef2c4c927cd224d942826ee4bbaa6bad.jpg15e7f59df56323a81b4efcafdceaeb23.jpg

So it wasn't the cat, I had it replaced, started replacing the spark plugs and that seemed to be the problem with the misfiring, I ran it for 3 minutes and it ran like a brand new engine. Was only able to replace two of the 16 during lunch but will replace the rest tonight.
